- Have established relationships with main stakeholders internally and externally
- Have provided market insights to the teams & stakeholders
- Are seen as the Procurement & Contracts expert for your category / segment.
Profiel
The person we’re looking for will…Have experience of…
- Sourcing and purchasing direct services or materials
- Managing supplier relationships
- Operated in both a matrix and smaller, dynamic organization, so that you understand how best to accelerate processes
- Have experience with ERP & P2P systems – and know what good looks like!
- Influencing direct and indirect stakeholders across the organization to deliver without hierarchical authority
- Negotiation according to the Harvard method
- Having difficult conversations in a timely way
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written, preferably with one extra European language (e.g. Dutch, German, French, Spanish or Italian)
- Structured and accurate, with a great eye for detail
- Result oriented
- Approachable
- Know when and how to say ‘No’
- Harvard Negotiation method
- Nevi / CIPS / Inkoop Academie or equivalent (including experience that has given you visibility of the core topics covered in these qualifications)
