Functie omschrijving
- You will be responsible for the purchase process for our investment goods (CAPEX) in ICT and engineering & development.
- You focus on the purchase of services for supporting our R&D department, ICT and the organization as a whole.
- You conduct market research and based on your analyses you contact existing and potential new suppliers.
- You negotiate prices, lead-times and year contracts with national and international suppliers.
- You suggest and introduce cost-saving measures and stimulate our suppliers in their cooperation with us.
- You work in a small team with your colleagues CAPEX buyers in the purchasing team.
- You’re co-responsible for the availability of services and licenses, including sourcing, ordering, and safeguarding the strategic cooperation with our partners.
- You’re – with your colleagues – operational responsible for the logistical and quality performance of your suppliers
Profiel
- You have solid technical understanding of the ICT world and/or the engineering market and a few years of experience in purchase would be a bonus.
- Experience in the automotive industry is an asset.
- Besides strong project management skills, you always work in a structured and pragmatic way.
- Multilingualism is an important asset.
- A high EQ is an important advantage and you are very persistent.
- You are able to organize a solid follow-up and you are well versed in administration. You are a process oriented worker.
- You are goal-oriented and you can smoothly combine operational and tactical activities.
