JOB DESCRIPTION
Here at Amplifon / Beter Horen, Procurement is embarking in an exciting journey to revolutionize the way external spend and cost are managed. You will functionally report to the Global Head of Indirect Procurement based in the HQs in Milan and to the General Manager of the Dutch operating company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Key point of contact for Global Procurement (Group) in Netherlands and Belgium; works closely with the Global Procurement Category Manager
  • Single point of contact for all local vendors regarding negotiating local and regional contracts
  • Coordination and support of regional deployment and execution of Global contacts
  • Development of regional categories, including identification and negotiation of all non-global contract related pricing opportunities
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies that provide a competitive market advantage.
  • Develop and foster strategic supplier relationships that deliver cost reduction, supply assurance, quality improvement and innovation.
  • Establish and maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders to be considered a trusted strategic advisor by identifying, understanding, and fulfilling business needs.
  • Negotiate supplier agreements that align with the interests of the Company and comply with policies

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or equivalent.
  • A number of years of experience in Indirect Procurement management. We would also accept strong Procurement Specialist candidate with a good understanding of Category Management concept.
  • Experience managing Marketing spend is a plus (Media offline, Digital Media, Marketing print, Creative agencies)
  • English and Dutch ( fluent both written and spoken)
  • Experience in negotiating and finalizing business terms and conditions for supplier contracts
  • Project and Program Management
  • Experience in a global or highly matrixed organization is a strong plus
  • Direct hands-on experience in an ERP systems environment preferred
  • Location: Utrecht, hybrid structure with 40% home office
