The client, subsidiary from a bigger organisation, was established in 2011. They are a rapidly growing logistics service provider specialising in innovative logistics solutions. They develop and apply optimised solutions, provide SCM consultancy, and utilise their own platform to deliver exceptional services to our customers. With a global presence in 40 countries, we employ over 4,500 logistics experts.

They are seeking a Vendor Contract Management Specialist to oversee and coordinate logistics tender and contract processes, ensuring the optimal balance between service and pricing. In this role, you will manage the tender process for our European organisation, including RFQs for 16 countries, with a focus on Warehousing & Transportation. The tenders range in value from €50K to €20+ million. Additionally, you will conduct business simulations and benchmarks to identify SCM solutions and stay ahead of market trends.


  • Manage and report on Vendor Contract Governance
  • Develop and oversee the Bidding Plan/Progress
  • Maintain master data of the e-Bidding System and provide training to new users
  • Monitor and manage Bidding KPIs
  • Stay informed about the logistics market and identify potential new logistics partners
  • Improve the e-Bidding process
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including logistics managers in European Sales Subsidiaries and Senior Management
  • Facilitate communication between HQ and local EU colleagues


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management
  • 1-3 years of experience in a relevant role
  • Strong knowledge of SCM & Logistics, with a focus on Warehousing and Transportation
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal); additional European languages or Korean are a plus
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel
  • Willingness to travel (less than 20%)
  • Experience in Logistics/Supply Chain contract management with a results-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Flexible problem-solver with a hands-on mentality
  • Ability to manage stakeholders effectively
  • Excellent planning and organisational abilities
