Job Description

Reporting to the Global Procurement Manager Business Services, the Global Procurement Manager IT and Outsourced Services ensures the development and execution of robust sourcing strategies, supply and price risk mitigation strategies, productivity accomplishments via various strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier development and supplier relationship management programs

  • Develop robust global category sourcing strategies identifying opportunities based on business needs, lead execution and track benefits realization.
  • Build effective relationships engaging with stakeholders across regions, functions and business units that maximize value and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage supplier selection process, negotiate and contract key supplier and ensure contract execution
  • Setup, maintain and manage the Supplier Relationship Management process and governance with selected suppliers.
  • Proactively taking initiative to search for cost & cash and optimization opportunities

For this role as a Global Procurement Manager IT and Outsourced Services, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience preferable in the IT and Outsourced Services categories
  • Strong ability to work cross functionally in an international environment
  • Strong problem solving skills and an ambitious, driven mindset with an ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent communication, networking, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work and make fact based analyses and decisions at pace
  • Ability to execute RFx with use of best practices, systems and methodologies
