Company
The client is a growing organisation in the telecom industry. They do end – to – end projects with the main telecom operators in the Netherlands. They also have several business lines including: telecommunications, renewable energy, civil works, civil works etc. For their procurement team, they are expanding and are looking for a buyer to join their team.
Role
- Facilitating and managing the operational purchasing process with regard to all our purchases;
- Requesting quotations and price lists;
- Maintaining contacts with internal orders, suppliers and subcontractors;
- Negotiating prices, contracts, liver conditions and quality;
- Drawing up contracts with suppliers and subcontractors;
- performs an active contract management;
- Evaluating the quality/price ratio of suppliers regularly;
- Performing purchasing work according to established rules and procedures;
- Administrative handling of the purchasing orders;
- Drawing up the purchasing policy with the associated purchasing procedures.
Profile
- HBO work and thinking level;
- A completed NEVI1 training is an advantage;
- A few years of work experience in the purchasing trade;
- Good communication skills, both orally and in writing;
- A professional & responsible institution;
- Good command of the Dutch language;
- Decisive;
- Structured and accurate;
- proactive and result -oriented.
