As a Junior Buyer you will:
- Ensure that the client has the most competitive prices and conditions with its suppliers
- Use a data-first approach to build relationships with suppliers
- Establish innovative and efficient negotiation strategies
- Run negotiations with many suppliers from start until signed contract
- Purchase order management
- Constant follow of the status of the purchase orders
- Communication with customers to handle product complaints
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Implementing of departmental objectives
You are:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, procurement or logistics
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Language skills: full proficiency in Russian and/or English
- Holder of an EU work permit
- Ability to react to changing demands of the market place
- Ability to communicate effectively across all areas of the business
- Organized with strong analytical skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel user
- Pro-active team player
- Immediately available
