Functie
As a Operational Buyer you are responsible for;
- Ensuring that purchase orders are placed with preferred and qualified suppliers and that delivery schedules are adhered to
- Ensuring that purchase orders are accurate to avoid invoice queries
- Work closely with Strategic Buyers and the Project Buyers to ensure timely placement of PO
- Identify and utilize frame contracts
- Conduct strategic procurement activities for locally managed categories
Profiel
As a Operational Buyer you have the following capabilities;
- 3+ years of experience
- Experienced with office systems
- English language – Read/Write/speak is a must
- Available for 40 hours
- Ability to follow procurement processes
- Experienced with procure to pay
- Commercial and compliance awareness
