Our client is a global non-profit organisation. They are located in Amsterdam Central.

Functieomschrijving
We are seeking a procurement assistant who primarily supports the Procurement team:

  • Optimise the logistic process by reviewing and enhancing incoming orders;
  • Responsible for processing orders into purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery to the warehouse by suppliers;
  • Manage a portfolio of suppliers and monitor their compliance to the agreements.

Profiel

  • MBO/HBO-level education;
  • +2 years of experience as a Procurement assistant;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Available for full-time;
  • Experience with SAP, Oracle & Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus;
  • Being at the office in Amsterdam 2 times a week;
  • Per immediately – start ASAP.
