Our client is a global non-profit organisation. They are located in Amsterdam Central.
We are seeking a procurement assistant who primarily supports the Procurement team:
- Optimise the logistic process by reviewing and enhancing incoming orders;
- Responsible for processing orders into purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery to the warehouse by suppliers;
- Manage a portfolio of suppliers and monitor their compliance to the agreements.
- MBO/HBO-level education;
- +2 years of experience as a Procurement assistant;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Available for full-time;
- Experience with SAP, Oracle & Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus;
- Being at the office in Amsterdam 2 times a week;
- Per immediately – start ASAP.
