About Our Client
Our client is a global company in the travel & tourism industry. They are based in Amsterdam, and offer a hybrid working policy (2 days from the office and 3 days from home).
Job Description
- Negotiating the best pricing & terms for the products / services to be bought
- Drive the process and select the best suitable suppliers
- Lead and monitor supplier performance management with the internal business partner
- Support the Senior Manager Procurement in the strategic sourcing activities
- Prepare the spend data analysis. Generate and analyze KPIs, internal reports and provide visibility and possibilities for cost reduction and team improvements
- Act as a first point of contact for vendor and procurement escalations from business stakeholders and accounting operations
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor degree
- At least 3 years of experience in the Procurement field
- Tendering and contracting experience preferable in the area of services or experience in the P2P process
- SAP & Microsoft Excel (advanced) knowledge
- Good communication skills in English language
- Strong negotiation skills
- Solution oriented and result driven
