About Our Client
Our client is an international, successfully growing company. Their goal is to build great relationships, never stop learning, make a difference and change for better. At the moment they are looking for a new colleague to join their procurement team in The Netherlands.
Job Description
- You will be responsible for 3-6 key suppliers;
- You will be making sure that right balance between price and quality are achieved;
- You will be developing long lasting relationships and networks internally and externally;
- You will be responsible for negotiating;
- You will be ensuring effective follow up;
- You will be travelling abroad to develop and build new and existing relationships;
- You will be responsible for dealing with supplier issues;
- You will be point of contact for all internal departments where product is being sourced and implemented;
- You will be managing and planning the materials budget and stock levels.
The Successful Applicant
- You are fluent in Dutch;
- You have experience with different ERP systems and good knowledge of Excel;
- You have excellent negotiation skills;
- You are detail oriented;
- You have an HBO degree preferably in related field (Supply Chain, Procurement, Business).
