Job Description:

You will work closely with development managers, engineers, project managers, contractors and suppliers to ensure that all services, equipment, materials and works will be contracted and delivered on time, within budget and according to the required specifications.

You play a crucial role in delivering projects that meet the highest technical and quality standards within our ICT infrastructure and data center portfolio. Further you play a crucial role in the procurement strategy and execution for the Operations team, where many contracts can be improved by for example a European contract approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company’s goals and project requirements.
  • Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and subcontractors. Maintain strong relationships and negotiate contracts and terms.
  • Price and Contract Negotiations: Conduct negotiations and realizing contracts to secure lowest (life cycle) costs and favorable terms, focusing on timely delivery, quality assurance, risk mitigation, clarification of liabilities and risks.
  • Contract Management: manage all existing contracts in cooperation with the project & Ops teams as well as our legal team. This includes an active role in managing the international framework contracts with OEM’s / equipment suppliers.
  • Risk Management: Assess and manage risks in the supply chain, such as delivery delays, payment schemes, delivery dates in relation to penalties, price fluctuations and contractual obligations.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory to ensure that sufficient materials are always available for project needs without excessive stock.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all purchased products and services meet the project’s technical specifications and quality standards.
