Procurement Business Analyst

Primary Duties

  • Support the Procurement Community’s business requests, prioritising enablement, CI, automatization and high value projects.
  • Enable the Procurement Community by designing and maintaining BI tools, metrics and dashboards to support strategic decision making and ensure compliance.
  • Be proficient with the different Procurement applications and able to provide training and guidance to the Procurement Community.
  • Has a deep understanding of the Procurement Policies, definitions, tools and metrics and is able to provide training and guidance to the Procurement Community.
  • Support the CoE leadership in benchmarking Procurement best practices and applications.
  • Support data harmonisation, data maintenance and, when applicable, data creation.
  • Help onboard and provide support/training to new Procurement Team Members.

Category Support Focus

  • Support Category playbooks creation and maintenance (Market Intel, Should Cost Model).
  • Run Sourcing Events on behalf of the central team.
  • Own the Harmonised Material Taxonomy.

Role Qualifications

  • Graduate calibre preferably with a business and/or technical degree.
  • Qualification in a Supply Chain related subject is an advantage.
  • Good general business acumen.
  • Skilled in using Procurement Applications (Sourcing Tools, CLM) and Data Management Tools (Power Suite, Tableau, Python).
  • Strong communicator able to work with and engage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mind with an ability to sort and input information with accuracy and speed.
  • Be self-motivated, standards driven, with a keen eye for detail and be computer literate (Office).
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple projects across multiple locations.
  • Fluency in English language is essential. Proficiency in any other European language is a plus.
  • Must be able to travel frequently.
