Global PDx Sourcing & Contracts Leader

GE HealthCare seeks a Global Indirect Sourcing & Contracts Lead for PDx capital projects. You will own sourcing strategy, lead market engagement, tendering, contract drafting and negotiations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. You will partner with legal, project teams and executives to optimize governance, risk allocation and supplier performance across regions, while driving value and compliance.
Qualifications
15+ years in strategic sourcing and contract management for capital projects.
Degree and senior/global leadership experience in a Fortune 500 company.
Experience in regulated pharma/biopharma environments; cGMP knowledge.
End-to-end contracts experience: drafting, negotiations, change control, claims.
Global/multi-regional experience; travel up to 20%.
Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
Responsibilities
Develop and own the global PDx capital projects sourcing and contracts strategy.
Lead end-to-end competitive sourcing and contract negotiations.
Draft, review and execute contracts and statements of work.
Manage post-award administration, changes and claims.
Build strategic supplier relationships and drive value.
