You will partner with Procurement and Finance to stabilize processes, enable supplier onboarding, and deliver actionable spend insights. A strong data mindset and cross-functional collaboration are essential.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in operations, business, supply chain, finance, or related field.
3-7 years’ experience in operations, with focus in procurement, supply chain, finance, or consulting.
Experience building or improving processes with an eye for simplicity, efficiency, and scalability across regions.
Hands-on experience building or deploying AI-powered agents, prompts, or automated solutions to optimize business processes.
Strong attention to data integrity and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the Global R2P Program and co-own five-pillar portfolio across regions, driving efficiency and automation.
Embed AI, tech, and automation into ways of working, shaping AI-first R2P initiatives and scalable governance.
Own end-to-end operational oversight of the Amsterdam/Europe R2P landscape including PO health, requisitions, approvals, invoicing, and spend reconciliation.
Shape local data quality and reporting for Europe across Coupa and downstream systems, delivering spend dashboards and insights.
Drive supplier enablement in Europe: supplier portal onboarding, invoicing adoption, catalog enablement, and P2P issue resolution.
