Procurement & Logistics Coordinator

Position Summary

We are hiring a Procurement & Logistics Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of hardware and consumables: from sourcing and purchasing, to drop shipping and tracking, and keeping tabs on inventory and replenishment. This is a hands-on, operational role ideal for someone who enjoys solving logistical puzzles, knows their way around vendors and shipping labels, and thrives in an environment where you’re trusted to just get it done. You will be our go-to for ensuring the right tech is at the right place, on time—whether that’s a new client install or a resupply of printer media.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Purchasing

  • Source and purchase photo-related hardware and consumables (e.g. printers, scanners, cables, media)
  • Evaluate vendors, negotiate pricing, and build supplier relationships
  • Manage purchasing documentation, approvals, and tracking

Logistics & Fulfillment

  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments (including drop shipping)
  • Track shipments, resolve delays, and manage returns/RMAs when needed
  • Work with freight carriers, couriers, and customs brokers as necessary
  • Create commercial invoices, shipping labels, and other logistics paperwork

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain, or similar
  • Comfortable sourcing technical components and managing shipments
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized — you don’t drop balls
  • Confident working independently in a remote-first environment
  • Great communicator who keeps others in the loop proactively
  • Familiar with Exact or similar ERP, Google Sheets, online vendor portals, and shipping tools
  • Bonus: Experience with international logistics, drop shipping, or basic hardware setup
