Purpose of the Role

As Procurement Manager at Amacx, you play a key role in ensuring a reliable, efficient, and scalable supply chain to fuel our international growth. You take ownership of our sourcing and logistics processes, build strong relationships with suppliers across Europe, and continuously improve how we manage our supply chain; from raw materials to finished products. You lead the Supply Chain Planner and work closely with colleagues from Operations, Finance, and Sales to make sure we can deliver on our growth ambitions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a clear procurement and supply chain strategy in line with Amacx’s international growth plans.
  • Manage supplier partnerships across the EU to ensure quality, continuity, and competitive pricing.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to strengthen margins and secure reliable supply.
  • Oversee demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management to balance availability and working capital.
  • Optimize logistics and distribution processes to support our expansion across Europe.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and digital tools to scale efficiently.
  • Monitor and report key supply chain KPIs to management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, quality standards, and sustainability goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Finance to align supply chain operations with business priorities.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Commercial Economics, Logistics, or Business Administration.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in procurement and/or supply chain management, ideally within FMCG, retail, or international trade.
  • Preferably NEVI 1 or 2 certified.
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills within an EU context.
  • Proven experience with demand planning, forecasting, and inventory control.
  • Familiar with ERP systems and digital supply chain tools.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Hands-on, pragmatic, and comfortable working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
